Refugee Immigration Ministry
Refugee Immigration Ministry is a non-profit, interfaith organization whose mission is "Building community with uprooted people to serve the common good," based upon the conviction that community is vital to people while they adapt to a new country after surviving severe trauma. Volunteers are crucial for RIM, and they help provide entree for clients into the wider community. Programs include: Cluster-based resettlement, chaplaincy for detainees, job preparation and case management. For information on volunteering check the RIM website: www.r-i-m.net.
